I always use SBA, I don't want horses that don't pass... but this one, I really wish it did. I haven't bred many Brindles (this is the second, I think...) and haven't seen "sable champagne" before. Not that we can see it, given all the appaloosa blanketing.

I'm going to need to breed the parents again next month and hope a better one comes up. It'll be interesting seeing how this one looks with age, though.

My understanding is Sable Champagne is like a brown horse with the addition of a cream gene! So at least one E and the brown gene (t), plus the cream. It's really pretty!

Sable champagne is a brown horse with a champagne gene. So E? Ata with Ch.
With a cream gene it becomes a sable cream champagne, just like an amber champagne becomes an amber cream champagne.

If youd like you could always use a gmt token (or maybe 2) to ungeld him!

I love Sable! And it does look good with Brindle lol I have a few sable lines but if you need a good example here’s my newest stud :)

Yes a Sable Champagne horse has to have eE, Ata, and Ch. If the cream gene is added (cr) then it becomes a Sable Cream Champagne. Just like @Master StablesMS said. I'm lucky my Yule Log girl is a Brindle Sable Champagne! It is really pretty!
