    Must have never been bred
    I want to use them for some restricted genes
    Must have Kit, Splash, or Frame and some pinto markings preferably lots of white.

    The highest paper a foundation will have is B, unless they've been boosted :)

    Are you looking for warmblood, riding horse or draft size?

    You also might want to take a look through public sales too, there's usually a bunch of horses to choose from there too

    If you put "exceptionally" or "produc" in the box for tattoo name when you search horses for sale, it'll only show horses that are either "exceptionally perfect" (should be B-papered) or "exceptional producing" (also B; note that some HHs are labeled as exceptional producING, but some are labeled as exceptional producER, thus only searching for "produc") respectively.
