Comparison testing compares breeding ability. PT and consistency are about showing ability. A horse's own PT has no effect on their foals, only their breeding ability goes into that equation. And if I remember correctly, inconsistent horses are more likely to produce inconsistent foals, but that's the only effect that has on breeding.
So his breeding ability is better than all the colts you've compared him with. His PT and consistency may be worse, but the only effect that would have is that he'd likely produce more inconsistent foals. So he may be a worse show horse, but he's a better breeding horse. The colt you posted is a better show horse, but a worse breeding horse
