Increasing Points
-
Hi, I am new to this game and was wondering how to increase a horse's points? Do they increase with good show results? If a stallion and mare are bred, do their points have an effect on how many points a foal will have? And what exactly do points represent? I would love to know more about them! :)

New players with under 20,000 points held will create new horses who already have points. Each horse earns you hbs daily based on the number of points it has - 75% of its points weekly, divided evenly among each day of the week. You can see each horse’s dailypayout listed on its page. They earn more points by placing above last in shows. All foals that are bred in the game (not created) start with zero points and have to earn them through shows.Post edited by LenasHollywood at 2019-11-26 11:23:51

Points are awarded to every horse in a show class except the one that came in last. The number of points awarded is governed by the Level and Grade of the show and where the horse placed.
The best way to increase a horse's points is to train it regularly every week, which is what increases the show score of the horse each time, and then show it twice a week.
The breeding ability (reflected in its paper level) of a mare or stallion affects the training ability (reflected in the PT score) of its foals.
Here's one of my *Star stallions. His PT score is 13.5 He scores 311 when he shows, and adds from 10 to 20 points to his record each show, depending on his exact placement. He's 16 years old.
Kelverims Magma
Here's a 6 year old spayed mare with a PT score of 10.8. She hasn't leveled off yet. Her current show score is 200. She's showing at level 6N. She placed 9th in her last class and added 7.5 points to her total.

To answer your first question, yes, the showing points total increases faster with good show results.
