@Mistylynn91 - the Christmas ghost ponies have hidden genes so you wouldn't be able to see them anyways, with there only being a hand full of hidden genes that are recessive and needing 2 copies to show, it's kind of a 3 way tie as to which ones they were... Since Gulastra Plume and Kit Promotor were already used, Snowflake was kind of the last hidden gene you could use as Heterozygous and it not show... It's more mathematical instead of visual at this point using the process of elimination.. if it were heterozygous Dense Pheomelon, any DP breeder would have been able to pick it up on any Red or Bay horse as it alters the coat color by making it darker...

Thanks, Ammit! Here is my lovely mare after a trip to the GMT lab for appaloosa which showed her to be homozygous snowflake!

She’s black!! I was really hoping my Christmas Future would be black! I love her. My Snowflake stallion is homozygous LP so there is no need to do anything to her.
