    What would it take to turn her into a liver chestnut? I'm still learning what makes bays, chestnuts, and blacks!
    I probably won't make her liver unless I get a buttload of GMT's soon but it would be nice to know what I could do it that happened :

    Yup that's it! The first locus (E and e) is black based (E_ > either E or e could go in the blank) and red based (ee).
    The second locus is wild bays (A+), bays (A), browns(At), and blacks (a) and only does anything if there's an E at the first locus to act on. If they're ee they're chestnut based no matter what bay genes they have

    That's correct! And she already has one e, so you'd just need to change the one E to an e, which is one token. Then she'll be a liver chestnut with pangare and no flaxen
