I’m going to be doing my first pasture breeding in the next week or so. The pasture I have allows for 2 stallions.

When the time comes to breed, do I get to chose which of those 2 stallions breeds with which mare or does the game randomly decide for me?

Also, when the game says that foals of mares left in the pasture longer before breeding will be “better”, what does that mean exactly?
