Can you make a spayed mare a mare?

Only if it was one you created or bred. If you are not listed as the breeder, you cannot unalter a horse.
If it was spayed because of failing testing, it will get spayed again when tested unless boosting can improve it enough to pass. -
And you can not change the gender in the GMT lab. You have to use the unalter function (located between the GMT lab and the AI lab in the menu). No altered horses can be GMTd.ID 195859
