New Consistency Grades?

Have there been some tweaks to the performance grade feature? I laughed when I saw this one:
Dorris carefully examines your prospect. She seems mildly impressed with the horse and marks the grade down quickly. You are dismissed with a friendly nod.
After a long day you receive your results back. Your prospect was awarded a grade of 11.9 and is Very Inconsistent.

I believe consistency was one of the first types of testing to be implemented and very inconsistent popped up quite regularly.
I believe with the additional testing very Inconsistent pops up less because the overall quality of the horses we breed have improvedBreeding even generation Grullos with KP, Axiom RBG & Wrong Warp, Chinnchilla, Onyx, Phantom Autumn, Bats, Ghosts, Pumpkins, Skulls & Spiders, Plaid, Watercolour genes -
I like to think that the very inconsistent horses are the ones that make shows interesting, heh.

I don’t remember ever seeing very inconsistent before - only consistent and inconsistent.
