Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community I have three amazing new foundation horses that need names! The contest will be open until I've chosen all three names. The winners will recieve a straw/egg from the horse they chose the winner for. In the case of the chinchilla, if you don't have the gene you can choose a straw from any of my other foundation Stallions. No limit to entries, but if two people post the same name the first will get credit.

Some hints for choosing names:

* The majority of my special foundation horses are named after famous racehorses
* I love good, strong, descriptive and pretty sounding names (take a look at my foundation horses for some ideas of what I've named in the past)
* I love history, mythology and reading

I'm horrible with names...but let's see what I can imagine up

Dark Chocolate - 234395 - Snickers Bar (Original...I know. But Snickers Chocoalte bar was named after The Mars family horse, thought that was pretty interesting when I found out!)
Marzipan - 234295 - Christstollen (It's what Stollen is called when it's eaten around Christmas time!)
Future - 234395 - SnapDragon (When I used to live up north we used to call the cold weather snappy, and she's a snowflake! And also she has a reddish coat so dragon goes I think :) )

Marzipan - 258595-- Not sure if you only do TB Race horses, But a Tribute to Bright Eyes (AQHA) or Bright Eyes Brother (ApHC) might be nice for him.

I don't have specific names for each horse, but I always thought that Willy Fly would be a fun punny name for a race horse (get it? Will He Fly?). A mare could be Shirley Fly (Surely Fly).
The only other I idea I have right now is ancient philosopher & scientist names - Archimedes, Pythagoras, Euclid, Plato etc....
