No Pasture Breeding E Mail

unsure if you are aware of this or not, but I did my re-breed of Pasture Mares and didn't receive my e mail.

Its not on our end. Check your junk mail. We have a new IP so your email company may be blocking it. Nothing we can do.Need to contact me? Read this first.

I have been following this. I did not even get an email in my junk folder.

Guys we have a new IP address. As far as your mail provider is concerned we might as well be a whole brand new company now. They don't know us and they think we are sending spam so they are blocking us. There is literately nothing on our end we can do. This is a huge internet wide issues for companies. You guys can change this buy marking our emails as not spam adding noreply@hajinc.com to your contacts list. But it is all on you guys. There is truly not a single thing we can do on our end about it. Until email providers white list us we can't make the emails go through for you.
gmail is free and our emails are going through on gmail. Feel free to share other free internet providers who are not blocking us. Swapping your email to a provider not blocking us is the only thing I can tell you to do.Post edited by Ammit at 2015-02-07 07:21:11Need to contact me? Read this first.

My email has never blocked any emails, I have a junk folder where spam ends up. Also a lot of auto type emails if you don't add them to the safe list but hajinc isn't in therePost edited by Kintara at 2015-02-07 14:13:54

Every email company blocks emails. I assure you. I know how email listing works. This is something ALL companies have to deal with. And something I have had to deal with before. There is a damn good reason I put of migrating the server as long as possible. It is nightmare, it is always a nightmare, that is just how these things work.
It is just going to take some times. You have options. You can add the email to your contacts list, you can use an email provider that is not blocking it or you can wait until the site white lists. Hajinc is already on the safe senders list and the email in my contacts. I get what you are saying, but it's like the email isn't even getting that far. I'll try gmail then

I know it is because the email provider is killing it before it even gets to your spam filter. It will sort out in time but IPs are like your address. When you move you can tell the post office you live here now but sometimes not everyone gets the memo for a while.Need to contact me? Read this first.

I use yahoo and I got mine perfectly fine. I don't exactly recommend using it, because it's on and off again horrible, but just confirming that one does work too.Thanked by 1Ammit

I have gmail, and apparently never added the pasture emails to my contacts before today!
When I first ran a pasture breeding a few mins ago, I didn't get the email. Came here, read all the posts, went to my gmail and added noreply@hajinc.com to my contacts, back to the pastures for breeding and the email came through that time. :)Bluegrass #143376 * Specializing in Iced Axiom (ExPro Cobs) and Iced Phantoms (PF Riding Ponies)
