I created my ice tattoo awhile ago and I hand created it. It satisfied me for then but now I'm wondering if anyone could help me update it a little. Make it look a little less.. crappy. =))

This is what it looks like now:

I'd like to keep the same design, a frost covered tree(maybe a weeping willow?). Same general colour scheme too, a darker blue with an icy blue and white for the branches/frost. If it can be done, I'd be more than happy to compensate for the time/work. :x
