ISO Very Specific Foundation Stallion 2

Looking for medium bone horse stallion under 10yrs old. Needs to be a Flaxen Palomino with NO kit genes except possibly W20. Preferably homozygous agouti. No appaloosa, splash, fantasy, dun, or brindle please. Just want a plain old palomino foundy.
