Edit owners notes button disappearing

Every time I try to add a note to one of my horses the "edit" button dissapears as soon as I start typing and I have no way to save anything to my horse notes. I will try to link the screen shots below.

Not to say this a fix-all, but have you cleared your cache? Clearing it seems to fix a lot of issues.Post edited by bluchrystals at 2020-01-04 07:11:22

I experienced the same thing when on mobile. If I click somewhere 'outside' the note box it will get smaller and the save notes button appears again.

Looks like your phone is making the box bigger.Need to contact me? Read this first.

Mine does that too. Yeah you just have to tap outside the box so it shrinks again. I have had that not work once and I had to copy my notes, refresh the page, and try again, but usually it worksSpiderweb Stables

It happens on my phone as well. Rotating the phone sideways brings the button back.
Getting rid of the keypad while vertical doesn't do it. I'll have to try clicking outside the box. -
Thank you for asking this and thanks to everyone who answered! I had never had this issue until recently and appreciate knowing how to fix it! Clicking outside of the text box worked for me.
