Is it possible to create more than one embryo per mare?

I know premium accounts can pull an egg every 5 days; is it the same with creating an embryo? I have a basic upgrade.

Yes, creating and harvesting an AI embryo works exactly the same as pulling an egg. You can do it again in five daysSpiderweb Stables

However, the surrogate mare into which the embryo is implanted uses up her single breeding for the season.

@SandyCreekAcres thank you. This is the first season I can really afford the higher costs of the breeding lab so still trying to figure everything out.

Oh, if you are using a straw directly on the mare you are not creating an embryo. That is a regular breeding, and will "use up" the mare for the month.ID 195859

@Maribo, it will allow you to create an embryo from the mare, though, not just breed her.
Edit: I just tested it on one of my surrogate mares. If you breed the mare under the 'Create Embryo' option, she will pop up on the 'Collect Eggs' page as being available in five days.Post edited by bluchrystals at 2020-01-05 12:37:43 -
