    Hi all,
    I purchased the 'welcome to the family!' offer and I'm not seeing it applied to my account? I've logged out and in a few times and no dice. Is there something else I should try?

    Yes, I actually got it sorted by reaching out to the admin and having it applied directly to the account. Thanks for your help :)
