Needing well wishes.. Emergency vet visit

I have a 5 month old kitten that I bottle raised since 2 weeks old so this is really hard on me right now... Today I noticed Leo throwing up and not acting like his normal mischievous self... We made a vet appointment where he was straining to poop but nothing came out.
They did an examination and couldn't find anything so they had us rush him to their main office for x-rays and possible surgery... I can't lose my boy :((

I hope he gets better soon, If surgery is needed he shall peacefully sleep through it then wake up to his normal mischievous self!
I'd say he could have swallowed something or maybe broken a bone somewhere and It's blocking his organs, so its functioning abnormally .
He looks like a strong lad though , I,m sure he'll be fine, the same thing happened to my 6 year old dog and he was fine after the surgery! c: -

We just got home.. he's on antibiotics and fluids.. x-rays showed an enlarged colon... The vet said it's either going to pass or it's going to be chronic... They have him some pain and nausea meds before we left and now we're just laying here... He's so sleepy... I feel like a bad mom.. I feel I should have caught it sooner even though he's been perfectly fine up until this morning.. it's hard seeing him in pain when he's such a happy lovable kitten
