So tonight when I picked up my tiny (almost 4yrs old) after work he asked where his boo-boo Bexar was. This was my old man puppy that passed in Aug. I asked him if he remembered that he was "sleeping". He then asked if we could go find him. This started the tears for me. I said baby, you cant see him any more but he's in here (pointing to his heart) and we can look at his pictures. My tiny says "mama, it's not fair". Silent cried the 5 miles home. We still miss our boy. Tough lesson for him to not see his best friend and protector, but he remembers Bexar.
