Pasture breeding isn't open yet. Since you have a Premium upgrade, you have contributed to the game within the last month, and your pastures should be open for breeding on the 5th. On my pasture pages there it says "Thank you for contributing to HuntAndJump. Your pastures will open on the 5th." in orange at the bottom of the Pasture Status box where the Breed All Pastures button will be.

If you had not supported the game with real money in the last month, I think that pasture breeding would open on the 7th, but I could be wrong since I have had a premium upgrade since before there were pastures. :D

You can breed manually, or through the AI lab. Only the pasture breeding is delayed. There were initially issues with the server getting overloaded by everyone breeding pastures as soon as breeding opened, so the current system was put in place.
