I would like to find brindle mare or egg from tested mare or mare that already given brindle

http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=2647093 I could give you an egg from her when the new breeding season starts.Post edited by Abbey98 at 2015-02-13 08:36:39Thanked by 1leiana

I would love that she look amazing!

Leiana - just FYI, only horses that show brindle can pass it on, and you have somewhere around a 1 in 50 chance of getting it from them. It is not inherited anywhere near the same rate as other genetics.
Just giving you a head's up so you don't get your hopes up off of an egg or two. It can certainly happen, but the odds are against it. :)
I used to chase brindle big time, I could do 300 brindle breedings in a single season and only get one brindle. :P -
i also have http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=2354111 i could give you at the start of the breeding season.
-
Seconding what Gael said. I've been breeding brindle stallions for about 7 game years, 50+ foals a year, and have gotten a grand total of two brindle foals. The odds of it happening are very slim.

I do realise that my chance are slim ..i love brindle and splash\frame even if i dont get any brindle its ok :) just having fun with it since i am on strict home rest for a while(broke my ankle ) :) but thanks for being honest about it :)
