I am running Firefox on a mobile device. I have tried setting up my signature multiple times. It always gives me the same message.

I haven't seen any posts of anyone else having issues. I have cleared my cache and signed off/on, nothing seems to help.

I do not have this problem on mobile. Using chrome though.

I tried it just now on my tablet and it worked just fine (and I stink at using my tablet!), but now at least, I have a signature on HJ1!

Hmm, that's funny. I just switched to chrome and I can get it just fine.

Ok, how do you add a picture to your signature? All mine is saying is 'image'.

You have to save the picture on your device and then upload it to your signature. Keep it small--40px x 40px will work.

It doesn't give me an option to upload it. Wonder if I have to specifically do it from a conputer?

If it is working on one browser and not the other it means you might haave a Javascript issue. This is one of the cases a cache clear might help.
