I have no clue either, I always only had basic upgrade.

But I think if you go to the buddy chat page there will be an option somewhere to create a chatroom

Then when you've created the chatroom invite me as a member (160524 is my ID) and make sure the buddy chat is set to the correct settings, meaning that I /members in general can put up horses for sale in your chat
