Total Lifetime Payout
-
I have been going through my horses to prepare for the next breeding season and have noticed that none of them seem to have any Horsebuck earnings for their ‘Current Lifetime Payout’ on their information pages. Is there something I may not be doing or that I need to change in order for the earnings to calculate?
Here is a link to one of my older horses. As you can see on her information page. She has the following stats along with a Current Lifetime Payout of 0 hb's.
Earnings this year: 112 hb's
Points this year: 8.0
Total earnings: 1666 hb's
Total points: 400
Daily Payout: 43 hb's
Current Lifetime Payout: 0 hb's
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you! -
The lifetime payout is just: daily payout x days until the horse's 18th birthday. She's 19, so her payout as of Mar 31 (after the daily payout on the 31st) is 0.
Once everything updates for the new month, it should be her daily payout x 30. -
That would be assuming the mare survived the rollover
-
And since shes 20YPO she's at risk of passing at each roll over. So now its calculating her value of earnings for each month rather than over her lifetime (as @Sherwood explained )
-
So am I correctly understanding that once a horse turns 18 their a Total Lifetime Payout reverts to 0 hb's and should do so each month once they turn 18 years old rather than continuing to calculate and show an accumulated Earnings value in the Total Lifetime payout as earned over their total lifetime?

@Ghostwind
That is correct, as a typical "lifetime" for horses in game is 18 years. As your horse ages from 18 to 19, 19 to 20, and so on, you will notice their lifetime payout will start to go down throughout the month since theyre at risk of rollover each month :)
