Best not to use public chat rooms for private sales. If someone else picks the horse up you are SOL since it was done in public.

From what I understand, auctioning is not allowed for not-yet-existent horses.
This was not an auction, though. :)
I offered a create, someone expressed interest & asked a price, I gave a price, and they kindly offered more than I asked.
I have the second create, on my other account, that I went ahead & made before the HH expired, and will sell at the original price I'd named (35k), or will put on the market if the second person who'd expressed interest doesn't want her.
