Snowflake Tips?
-
Hi everyone! I’m under an insane amount of stress right now, so I’m doing some planning for next breeding season. I have several straws from Hom snowflake stallions that were gifted to me. I love to breed appaloosa genes and combos, but this will be my first time working with snowflake. Are there any genes I should avoid? Any genes that are great crosses with snowflake? Thank you!I’m autistic and I struggle with any kind of communication, so I apologize in advance if I say anything rude or offensive because there’s a 99% chance that I have no clue I did it. I appreciate your patience with me!

Snowflake will only show if it is homozygous and if appaloosa is present. All your hom snowflakes will pass on one copy of the snowflake gene and there is nothing you need to worry about in terms of lethal genes.
Hope that helps.
