Genetics Not Showing Up

Good morning, I recently used a Herd Helper and noticed that genes are missing after testing them. The first one I thought was a fluke, but it didn't matter since they failed breeding inspection. However this one should have PATN1 genes and doesn't. Any idea what is going on? Hope I'm not just throwing my money away here.
