We have just come home from a BBQ over at our youngest daughter's house with our eldest daughter as well and their husbands and our two granddaughters. We haven't seen the eldest and our 6 year old granddaughter since February and we haven't seen our youngest and our 16 month old granddaughter since March. It was a lovely day and the rain held off, in fact it was quite sunny. We're supposed to observe social distancing but the smallest grandchild doesn't understand and the older one couldn't resist playing with granddad so I'm afraid the rules weren't too strictly observed but we had a wonderful time and it's done us all good to see each other again.
