Yep, it happens. The mare I created has a PT of 1.80 and was spayed by breeding advice. Needless to say, she's now in the barn I use as an auction holding barn. She'll probably sit there, training and showing and perhaps adding very slightly to my showing bonus until I decide to enter the horses gathered there.

At present, she's the only one, since I only recently dumped a bunch in the auction from that barn.

My hh didn’t spay but the expro Black hh the other day came back with a PT of 0.0. The write up said something about Doris fainting. That was a first for me, they usually throw at a 0.3 at the lowest. Lol
