Having trouble getting back premium membership with PayPal.

I cancelled my subscription as it didn't go through this month. I have tried to have it update from the basic back to premium but paypal doesn't seem to allow this to go through. I can make other purchases just fine.
Please help as I miss my membership.

BellaPenn's post is unclear but the issue is that she can not get PayPal to work and I am unable to assist as I don't use Paypal the same way you all will. Bella maybe you can explain what happens when you try to make a premium. Error messages are important.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

When I click on subscribe to premium upgrade the page takes me to the log in page like normal, which I do. Then it goes to link a card. But I have everything already linked. I click on the x , then the page goes to transfer money. but stays on the wallet page. I go through the steps again but just repeats itself.
It doesn't do this when I purchase items for this account. -
I tried with my mesa account and it went straight to the correct page.

Bella, you might have typo-ed a number on the card ; try to re enter it ( re link it )
and see if it works

I think it's because it is a recurring purchase. Whenever I have purchase a premium it always makes me reenter the card that I want to LINK to the recurring payments. Even though all my cards are currently in my wallet I still have to add it again.
