first off ; I wouldn't paper them until they passed BA
10.0 is my minimum cut off for keepers ; I re check them at 3 and see how they are showing ( yearling doesn't count as its a 50/50 roll of the dice ) inconsistent can do really well one week and lousy the next ; but as long as they are earning more than it costs to show them its a good long term investment
