Do people who are relaying gifts have a way besides chats, like access to the anonymous gifting? Or do we have to find chats when we only have basic upgrades?

Click on the gift exchange link. There is a new feature to send the horse automatically. You enter the horse id number.#243786

Looks like the record masking system isn't working at all right now. It didn't record any of the transfers for some reason.
This is why we are testing this now not in December.Need to contact me? Read this first.

I actually don't see it, maybe because I didn't get a chance to enter? Maybe it's not up right now because it isn't working properly? I'm not sure what I'm missing, however I siege all day in urgent care yesterday, I'm going to take a nap then try loading it on my computer

i tried using the system it sent one horse to one of my giftees but would not send anymore to any of them same on all servers

I went to the gift exchange link and there is no option to send horses. Is this because i didn't sign up for the exchange?

Yes, it sends it to your recipient specifically, so you have to have a recipient.
