What App/Website Do You Use To Make Tattoos?

Just curious, what apps or websites do you guys use to make tattoos? I've been trying to find one for a while, and have so far been unsuccessful. Can someone help me?•My Now Projects•

I use GIMP for my tattoos.

Gimp is much like photoshop, and it's totally free.
If you want to start on something less complicated, try Paint.net for a while, then graduate to Gimp.
I often do the majority of my work using paint.net, half way through i want a feature not available on it, like "skew", so then I put it into gimp, do what I want, then put it back in paint.net to finish it up. Paint and I understand each other lol.Post edited by OopsDotCom at 2020-06-19 20:12:28 -
