I didn't realize until now that I had been 10 years on this server now. I joined on June 16 2010.

So many changes have occurred over the years.

I still remember when GAT and SAT were separate, and there was no SBA.

I remember when there was this MAB program that ran for a limited time. That was before ex producers came into being. Boy, they were expensive to create at 10k a pop.

I remember when browns were just dark sooty bays. Of course, that was in the days before the brown gene was discovered.

I remember when stallions were created with Star papers. Anything less than that was considered bad quality. Mares had to paper Gold or they were considered poor quality.

I remember that there used to be a contest to see how many generations it took for breeders to get poor breeding stock from C/Yellow to Star/Gold in those days. I don't remember who won that one, though.

I still remember Randale, he was my first DHH stallion when DHHs came out. He was from the blue roan splash DHH, and he turned out to be a Silver Blue Roan Splash Appaloosa when created. That was like hitting the jackpot in those days because genes couldn't be edited in those days. I don't think his line exists in any form anywhere nowadays but I still remember him.

I remember when there was no comp testing either.

So many things to remember that I can't remember them all lol.

If I do something to celebrate my 10 years, it'll be later this year because of recent events.
