Peach Ice Cream Question

So i created my Peach Ice Cream HH and looked at her genetics and her secondary DNA strand is missing the copy of Tiger Eye. Is that supposed to happen? :(

I'm pretty sure only the first set is guaranteed by the herd helper. The second strand will be different due to the brindle, and thay change can happen to any of the genes. For example, over on Mesa, the second set on mine got grey, even thought the herd help calls for Homozygous Rec. Grey.
