Didn't receive welcome pack

I never received my welcome pack, possibly due to a glitch? It was showing up that I could claim it, so I did, but then I realized I never did the forum post. I did the forum post immediately afterwards, but still haven't received the barn or hbs.

Checking the June Peer Group discussion, I find a post from your first account--annalamb, but not one from annasfarm. Here's the link you need:

Did your other account receive the welcome pack, or did you just make the post from that account by mistake. It's easy enough to do, when there are two accounts in the same household. If I don't open a new browser window after my daughter has been playing, I have to double check to see who is signed in on the forum.
