Foals Possibly missing from pasture - fixed

    yesterday I "removed " all foals from a 100 mare pasture to start to go through them my primary barn is 96 ; there were 100 foals in the pasture ; I went through the 96 and went back to pull the remaining 4 and there were none in there ; I thought hmms maybe I grabbed them already ; this morning I pulled from my Diamond Sparkle pasture ( again 100 mares and 100 foals ) started going through the 96 ; moved some culls out of primary barn to sell barn ; went back to pasture to pull the last 4 and again NO foals leftover ; has anyone else ever had this issue ? did the babies ever show up ?

    If the pasture was the one named "Diamond 100", I just had a very quick look, and I am almost certain there were lethal foals.

    weird ; there were 100 in there I moved 96 and 4 went poof ; but yes that's the pasture also HET sn 100 the same thing happened last night
    I ll double check the mares then yeah I found them must not have been awake ; thanks @Maribo

    The other thing that can throw you is if any of the mares in the pasture are only 3 years old. They can be put in the pasture at three but of course won't actually breed until they are four. I've been caught out like that before wondering why I didn't get as many foals as there were mares!

    I am not sure why you are sure there were 100 foals there. I don't believe that page tells you that information.

    the foals are numbered ; 1 - xxxx that's the only reason I noticed :)

    You'll have to go through each mare and figure out what foals you think are missing. Without any info about what horses/pasture you mean there is not much anyone can say.
