Watercolor Wonderland backgrounds?

I recently saw a horse with a background called Watercolor Wonderland: Mountainscape Frost. I don't see those for sale anywhere in the tack packs. Were they limited time or something?

That was a special holiday/Christmas one last year. It will likely (no guarantees) pop up for sale come holiday season. There are several holiday tack packs, as well as some Halloween/fall ones that are only available that time of year, and a pirate one that's only available on Talk Like A Pirate day, and some others I thinkSpiderweb Stables
