Confused on breeding times?
-
First off, I've just started playing -- so hi everyone! I used to play Ludus Equinus, Horse Land etc. way back in the day so excited to get back into the online horse world.
I'm still trying to figure out game time and it seems like a new year just rolled over March 1 and therefore it's breeding season? So if my breeding time is after 12:30pm on the third day, that would be today, correct? So if I place the stallion and mare I want to breed in a pasture and breed them it says they've been bred and check my email, but I have never received an email? What am I doing wrong? Thanks! -
Do you have a foal in your pasture? If you check your pasture and scroll down to the bottom you should see your foal listed with a number instead of a name.
Also check your junk holder for the email.Post edited by Jemimapuddleduck at 2015-03-03 10:27:14 -
No foals in my pasture I can see? Just the stallion and mare, white boxes with options to add other horses, and then at bottom it has an option to remove all foals (but nothing happens when I click this). I did check junk mail and don't have anything there either.
-
How old are your mare and stallion? Mares need to be 4 years old or more and stallions need to be 3 years old or more to be able to breed
-
The same thing is happening to me. On the pasture, though, it says you can add stallions from ages 2-19... why does it say 2 if a 2 year old can't breed?
-
Because some people would have the horses in the pasture before breeding season so they don't have to think about it later. :)
-
First, are they old enough? Stallions must be 3, mares must be 4. Second, do they have any genes that are lethal when combined? Any white or sabino, or splash2/3?ID 195859

I'm not positive as I haven't had them tested but I don't think so. I have tried a few different combinations of horses without luck. Thanks for all the input so far!Post edited by Winterdallas at 2015-03-03 14:43:06

Put a link to the mare and stallion, we can then see if they can/have bredThanked by 1Abbey98
