I've been super excited for this Pretzel Twist day because I've desperately needed another foundation liver stallion. My boy came out really pretty and I've already added one extra copy of DP to him and I'm saving for another for his other set of DNA, but what else should I put on him?

I'm excited for him to be my current big project, which is why I made him as a foal so I have extra time for the RGS. I have mushroom on my other foundation stallion for my liver line, which is great, but I also like the idea of changing it up a little bit. I wouldn't be able to afford things like satin, unfortunately, but I'd love to see him get really fancy.

Does chocolate work on red based horses? I am having a heck of a time on horse search trying to narrow down what chocolate is doing on the livers I'm seeing.

Chocolate gets rid of black pigment. So it wouldn't work on red pigment horses. That's why Blacks, Grullos, and Silver Black Chinchillas look wonderfully chocolatey!❤

Also to add, a Liver is a Chesnut based horse that's Hom Sty and Het or Hom for DP. A Chestnut is a red based horse so it has no effect. Hope this helps!

I'm super unlikely to breed him to black based horses, so I'll have to do some more plotting.

Why was I tagged, for the chocolate question? Yeah, chocolate does absolutely nothing whatsoever on red bases.

If it was me, I'd add some PATN1's, make one side leopard and take the appy off the other, add another kit gene to each side and then put on KP, KP2, or one of each

Super excited how he's turning out! I'm saving some GMT money for the Song of Sleipnir next month, but he's coming along! I rerolled him until I got that patchy brindle too.
