Your show horses are your money earners so start by gelding and spaying all the horses you do not want to continue breeding. They get better training and will slowly gain points to earn you money.

For me, I focus breeding on specifIc genes i like, DP Prl nd1 etc. Any foals that dont carry genes I want get spayed and gelded.

I also aim to constantly better my lines to get hIgh poInt earners and better stock. I started with ex prod and ex perf stock and each generation must be superior. If they arent, then they get altered and added to show herd. I have way more show horses than breeders and I get strict wIth my breeders to keep numbers under control.

All my profIt is from show horses, I rarely sell my horses except when someone needs specIfic genes.

So in short, geld everything that doesnt fIt your new criteria. Keep them and show them. Keep building show stock and focus breeding on a few genes you love.

Also, you have a 1000 stall barn. Fill that with spelds, that should be your show barn. As your spelds turn 10, toss the unproductive ones in the auction. You get their lifetime payout and free up space for incoming showers that will earn points.
