Straws and GMT

Hello, I'm just wondering, if you collect straws from a stallion, can you still use GMT to change gender? Or if you collect straws and then GMT the horse's coat, will the straws be affected?

I don't think you can change a horse's gender if you have pulled eggs straws from them.
However, I believe you can possibly change the genes of the horse, but the straw will update along with the horse. -
You can still collect straws and GMT, but I don't think you can change gender without losing the straws.
