When you boost a horse does it only affect their paper level, or does it affect PT as well? And is there anyway to modify a horse's PT level?

Boosting only increases a horse's breeding ability. This can change their paper but depends on the horse's current breeding ability, how close it is to the next paper level, and how much of a boost you give it.

Under the Resources tab on the left is a link for FAQ User Guide, Scroll down to Advanced Facilities, and you will see the boost tokens mentioned.

Ooh, actually, just do a search for the word boost and it's mentioned a bunch of times down in the Papering section too.

If a horse is inconsistent, GMTing it to be perfectly consistent will raise its PT a few tenths, but that is the only thing that will change PT score.

Oh so @LakeOndowaFarm you can modify a Horse's concistency more than once? Or is only inconsistent to consistent?

You can only do it once. No matter the starting level of inconsistency one GMT for consistency will make your horse perfectly consistent, and max its PT.

I’ve gotten a few “Exceptionally Perfect” creates with a pt of 10.4 to become a 10.5 by GMTing the consistency. But thats the highest I've gotten- and I think its not a guarantee it will go up.
