    I was concentrating on getting ivs and forgot to do this before buying a basic upgrade. How do I cancel the old upgrade, which is a premium one?

    i think you pay monthly on it via paypal ; i would check my autopay status

    Ammit, I'm sorry, but i don't know which i'm supposed to do first. Does the unsubscribe remove it from paypal? Or do I need to do both?

    If you would like to cancel your premium just do so via your Upgrade Manager. It has a link to paypal so you can do that.

    unsubscribe and cancel at the same time.

    And i'm not sure if the bit referring the upgrade, no, i'm super happy about that. I suspect I owe someone an awfully big thank you.

    I'm totally confused. It appears no upgrade was purchased, I don't know where that came from. I must have dreamed it. Thank you for showing me that link, Ammit.

    And, just to be clear (mostly for people who may be watching this thread, but are not participating) You can have more than one upgrade available on one account. You can turn them on and off on the Account and Stable Management link on your Member Home page. In other words, if you have the cash for a Premium Account right now, but still have a Basic upgrade running, you can turn off the Basic upgrade and turn on the Premium. And if the Premium is going to run out, and you can't afford it any more, you will still have whats left of the Basic to use (but you will need to do the unsubscribe thing with Paypal, like Ammit said. Premium upgrades are designed to keep running until you make them stop)

    I have another small problem. My transactions show i made a paypal purchase for 500,000 HB usd. I have a bad memory (memory issues) and I totally don't remember this purchase, or what if it was for. It's not sitting in my HBs, I don't seem to have the big barn, i absolutely don't have a clue. is there any way of finding out what it was used for?

    oops, forgot. it does look by my account of HB that i currently have, but it looks like about $45 USD, the rest of it I am still trying to figure this out
