To merge or not to merge?

    I went wild making accounts during quarantine, and now I have two on Bluegrass that are old enough to merge. Both raising ponies. My alt (@annasfarm) has some barn and pasture space I could really use on this account, and I'm not loving the lines I have going on over there as much as on here. I'm considering culling all but my favorites from that account pretty stringently and then merging them to make things more manageable. What are the pros and cons to keeping separate accounts? And do the primary barn and pasture transfer, or not?

    I like having a single account. I have accounts on Forest and Mesa, but pretty much never use them. I play pretty much exclusively on this one.

    I have both a main account and a secondary on this server ; I use my secondary to play with the genes I am not sure about to save space on my main and yes I have merged them.

    I have two premiums on each server. While it does cost a lot initially, it allows me to continue to make pointed foals and transfer them to my main account to keep my available daily hbs balance inflated even with losing a lot of earners with each rollover.

    All your hbs & IVs transfer, along with extra barns & pastures. GMTs and gene licenses do not.

    Your primary barn on the other account will be turned into a 30 stall barn. Unfortunately you don't get to keep the primary pasture from that account! All horses that were in it will be moved to this account's primary pasture.

    Personally I merged a bunch of accounts when I had more time to play, and never regretted it. Makes things much easier!
