20k for a warmblood yearling filly please.

I’ve just been informed of how Rare these are so I’m looking for offers of at least 60000 EACH.

These aren't 'rare', per se, so much as new. They're not special event or anything and come up as often as any other Rank Special, and those mostly go for 10-20k. However, since these are new and exciting they still go for a bit more, so I'll do your 60k.
Second thing, this is turning into an auction, and you can't auction horses that don't exist yet. You could create them and then auction the horses, or you could sell the custom creates for a certain price. I'm offering 60k under the assumption that that's your asking price

Oh yeah, I feel you! That's really difficult to figure out at first! I think your 60k is pretty fair. I've been thinking 50k on them as a rule, but I'd def do 10k more for a custom. If it was me in this scenario, I'd lead off with 'okay guys how much should I price these at' and then once you get an answer go to 'now who wants them for that much', just to avoid the whole accidental auction thing

I didn’t even think of asking that! OK I blame a Headache for making my head foggy and I’m not able to think correctly. I’ll definitely remember to do that with Future Rank Special Custom Creates.

Well I just noticed that no one said what age/gender/type of horse that they wanted. So looks like I’m just going to pick it and put them up for sale.
