Black Splash Tobianos! Seriously?

So are Black Splash Tobianos just for looks or something on this game? The game has Spelded every Foundation of them that I have created so far. I’m getting really upset and annoyed! I’m sick of wasting my HBs on them!

Well I keep jumping around with what I’m breeding but Riding Pony Mares. Paints & Appaloosas. Especially Black Tobiano & Black Appaloosa. Also Black Splash Tobiano Warmblood Mares.
