Depends on his paper level. Boosted studs will produce more SBA passing foals when bred equally boosted and papered mares. But several people breed their boosted Ex Pro studs (they end up A papered) to regular Ex Pro mares ( red papered) and still get some SBA passing foals - pasture breeding will help this.

I personally have boosted a couple horses to raise a C/Yellow paper to a B/Red paper to work better in my lines. Those mares I harvest eggs from, so I don't get a pasture bonus. I haven't kept track for SBA passing % but I do get several that pass.

Also, I have used A papered straws on my red mares, which gives me lots of blue papered 2nd gen mares.

IMO no , there are very very few Blue papered Foundation Mares ; which is what you would need to breed him to if he hit A ; if he doesnt hit A then why?
