Help Please! How To Transfer
-
Ok, i feel really bad because I just recently closed an auction with member Id's/price's posted and don't know how to send those horses to the specific member. I must have confused the layout of HAJ with another when I went to send the horses.
If you could tell me how to send to a specific member for a certain price with an ID #, it would be much appreciated!
Thank you!!!

You have a level 4 from what I could see of your Stable Page, so I don't think you have a Buddy List page (I think you get that at Level 5), so what you are going to have to do, is find out when they are back on, contact them and then put the horse up for sale when they are ready to pick the horse up.
If you had/have Buddy List page, you would go to it, and make sure you have their ID#'s to put into the "User Id" box, then at the bottom of the page, you bring the horse up in the box in the section that saids "sell horses to your buddy", and put the amount in the box beside it and then click the sell to your buddy button, and then they pick the horses up by clicking on the link to the horse you have in the forum and click the buy button. Was Rebecca Iavelli on the old forum

Think! - It's not illegal yet. -

The only way to sell just to another person is to have a level five upgrade. It is actually in the rules that a horse for sale is to be considered for sale to everyone, and it's against the rules to say "for sale to Bob only" or such as the horse's name. (It's in section four of the rules.)
If you do just leave it up, and someone else buys it, then your "correct" buyer is just out of luck.
Your best bet is to contact the people involved and work out a time when you can both be on, even if it takes a few days. It's just a lot safer.
Confirm that you are both on via PM (or via Facebook if you are both on Facebook), have the buyer pull up the horse's page and start refreshing.
Once you know they are doing that, put it up for sale. That way the horse is on the board for only a heartbeat and the odds are that no one else will even have time to see it.... anyone else would have to search, find the horse, and load the page. They only have to load the page.
Pre-level 5, I transferred what must have been several hundred horses that way and never lost one. Not as a seller or a buyer.Post edited by Gael4ce at 2015-03-20 18:49:09Thanked by 1Raina -
Thank ya'll both for answering! I'll make sure Gael4ce that I make sure not to put for sale for..., I apologize, I didn't realize at the time that it was against rules. On another note, both transfers were successful! lol
Thank You Both,
