Ice 20 question

So I know that Ice 20 is only available through the end of this month. Does that mean that unless I buy it this month, it will never be possible for me to get the Ice 20 license ever again?

Keep in mind, some genes in the rotation are very rare and may almost never come up. I don't know where I will set Ice 20 yet.Need to contact me? Read this first.
