You can, but they are just genes you have to buy with real money or occasionally they are available through the GMT lab :) You need to buy a license to own many of the genes

@Allunna95 Like Embla says, you have to own licences to many genes (they are listed at the bottom of the "member home" page. BUT you can own spays/geldings without having the licences :)
